In the house-museum of an outstanding film actor and filmmaker, a friend of my father - Sir Charles Spencer Chaplin in Corse-sur-Vevey. The complex consists of two buildings - the first is the house itself, in which Chaplin lived with his family, and the studio, which consists of halls dedicated to the actor's films. Here and "Gold Rush", and "New Times", and "Kid", "Immigrant", and "City Lights". Grévin made 30 wax figures for the museum, among them Chaplin in his main image of the Tramp, as well as Pollet Goddard, Virginia Cherrill, Sophia Loren, Michael Jackson, Winston Churchill - those with whom the great actor worked or was familiar.
